REFUND POLICY

At Kwaai TV we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us using live chat or Contact Us Page, However, if you feel the service you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Also, note that take your full time to try our service , please ask us for free trial , because they are no refund after service activation , and we are not responsible about your internet or device problem. 

Although we offer a 7 day money back guarantee this only applies to unused services or incorrectly purchased services. To limit system game you are not allowed to use the service for longer than 60 Minutes and then request a refund as this will count against the "System Game Policy".

Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future

How can I cancel an order?

I accidentally cancelled my order, can I resume it?

I cancelled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been cancelled?
